#MS TEAMS토론 중인 항목 0개

Hello! I'm hoping to understand if there is a way to implement Teams messaging within a Salesforce interface. I am aware of the current Teams/Salesforce integration that allows Teams messages using Salesforce data, records, etc. I am wondering if there is a way to build out a button/link in a Salesforce interface that sends the user directly to a Teams message to send to other users. Potentially even including information from the Salesforce page within the Teams message. Thanks!

In the event anyone comes across this later, another option you might want to take a look at https://www.cyfunolabs.com who has an app for sending Notifications into Teams from Salesforce that might help out.

I'm running into an issue installing the MSTeamsActions package from UnofficialSF. I've pasted the error message below. We actually have version 3.3 of the dependent package (FlowActionsBasePack) installed in the org.

Has anyone ran into a similar issue and found a workaround? Thanks!

Problem:1. Invalid Upgrade. The package you're installing depends on package 'FlowActionsBasePack', version '2.16'. Install package 'FlowActionsBasePack' in the target org before you install package 'MSTeamsActions'.

I've updated the package to version 1.1. This version is designed to work with the latest base packs and datatable. Try it out and see if it all installs properly.

Does anyone know if "Salesforce for Teams" app allows file sharing between MS Teams and Salesforce? There is no mention of file sharing feature on app overview page. Here is the link to this app: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/WA200002221?tab=Overview

    Hello,

I've used Salesforce for Teams historically and as far as I am aware it simply provides the ability to insert a 'Record Card' for select standard objects to expose key information in Teams Messages a bit like the Highlights Panel in Lightning.

I'm pretty sure in this current form there is no ability to share files using this integration it's simply Record Cards and Meetings if you have Unlimited Edition.

    Thanks, Tom

We use Teams as our phone system. Can you dial out directly from the Contact Object with Teams?

    Hello,

The Teams Integration allows you to surface Salesforce Records from particular objects in Teams Messages and there is no dialler type functionality.

If you wanted Click-to-dial eg. pressing on a Contact Record in Salesforce calls the number using teams then you'd be looking at a function called CTI.

    There are 3rd party connectors for this here;

    https://www.tenfold.com/integrations/salesforce/microsoft-teams

    https://www.natterbox.com/about/newsroom/natterbox-links-voice-component-of-microsoft-teams-to-salesforce/

Alternatively you'd be looking at setting up your own connection which would likely require developer expertise to achieve.

    Thanks, Tom

I am trying to get the MS TEAMS integration up and running in my sandbox but am running into difficulties.  When i try to authenticate my salesforce credentials within MS TEAMS i am only given the option to log into my production org via login.salesforce.com.  Since I am trying test in a sandbox environment I need to get to test.salesforce.com.   I only have MS TEAMS activated and provisioned to my license in a sandbox at the moment.  I have not figured out a way to get out of the login.salesforce.com and switch to test.salesforce.com, has anyone come across this and if so how did you get past?
