Dragon Naturally Speaking and Lightning Experience

Hi everyone,  Wondering if anyone has experience using #dragon naturally speaking speech recognition software with salesforce lightning? We are having some difficulties with some elements like checkboxes and radio buttons and wondered if any Dragon users has some pro tips or hacks?  Alternatively, are any speech recognitions software you have found that works well with Salesforce?  Thank you Rebecca

Hello, my name is Anya and I am an (autistic) Admin for a non-profit in England. A colleague has asked if any voice recognition software/speech to text software (e.g. Dragon Naturally Speaking) is compatible with Salesforce Classic on a desktop? (We're not using Salesforce on mobiles/tablets just yet).

 

Forgive me if this is a silly question. I've had a look online but found very little, so any advice would be truly appreciated.
