This sounds like an interesting initiative, especially as energy transformation brings together Salesforce, Field Service, data, automation, and AI.
A partner workforce or Trailforce focused specifically on Australian energy use cases could be valuable for sharing practical patterns rather than having each partner solve the same challenges independently. It could cover areas such as agentic AI, field operations, asset management, regulatory requirements, and data/Net Zero Cloud integrations.
It would also be useful to define a few concrete use cases or best-practice assets that the group could build together and share with the wider community. I’d definitely be interested to hear how others are approaching this in Australia and what collaboration model you have in mind.

Programs and Outcomes can be useful when you need to track more than just individual activities—for example, connecting a sustainability program with its goals, activities, measurable outcomes, and progress over time.
Some potential use cases could include:
I’d be interested in hearing how others are structuring the Program → Activities/Goals → Outcomes relationship in NZC, especially where the outcome needs to be measured over multiple reporting periods.
If anyone has a real-world implementation example, that would be great to compare.
Now that Cornerstone has published the 2026 Emission Factors Hub data, is there a plan or timeline for these emission factors appearing in the NZC marketplace?

The timing for new Cornerstone Emissions Factors Hub data to appear in the Net Zero Cloud Marketplace would depend on Salesforce’s update/release schedule and the integration with Cornerstone’s published dataset.
I haven’t seen a confirmed public timeline for the 2026 Emissions Factors Hub data being added to the NZC Marketplace. If anyone from the Net Zero Cloud product team has an update on the expected availability, that would be helpful.
In the meantime, it may be worth checking the latest Net Zero Cloud release notes or Marketplace updates for when the new factors are supported.
Hi, my instance of Net Zero uses GWP from AR5. Is there a way to update to GWP from AR6? Thanks!
For this i think we have to explore latest release note from salesforce and also it may be depend on org version and confirguration

Hi Team, I have updated the procurement emission factor set item field in scope 3 procurement item record. However, corresponding procurement emission factor set is not getting updated in the procurement summary record. We are not using scope 3 hub. Can someone please clarify on this?

@Sai T We have a flow that updates PEFSI in Scope 3 Procurement Item record. As per our understanding, corresponding procurement emission factor set record should be auto populated in the Procurement Summary record as it is a master record to Scope 3 Procurement Item. Do we need to configure anything else? Please correct me if I am wrong or missing something.

I am constantly stuggling with finding the ACTUAL API names for Fuel Type Units of Measure. We have recently added new fuel types and corresponding units of measure and with all existing Units, the value names include "(Custom)" as a suffix to the value and the API names have "custom_" as a prefix however the developer names listind in the setup don't have this prefix.
Recently in adding new values, we have followed previous API names with the "custom_" prefix howebver these API names seem to be failing. Is there a way to easily source the EXACT API names?

You can’t reliably infer the correct API names from the UI “Developer Name” or labels because only the actual metadata/API value is used by integrations, and this often differs from what’s shown in Setup; the safest way to get the exact values is to open the field in Setup and copy the picklist value API name directly, or use tools like Salesforce Workbench (via the describe endpoint) or Metadata API/CLI to retrieve the picklistValues.value, since the custom_ prefix is not automatically applied or guaranteed and may not match the system-generated API naming rules, which is why manually
