Picklist Field Types & Value Sets

I am trying to allow a specific profile to be able to edit two Global Value Sets and the dependency on a specific object.  I have a permission set that allows them edit capability to the two fields on the Product object, but can't figure out how to give them edit capability for the Global Value Set or to update the dependency.

I am new to organisation i added extra field value to exciting  flow (which is reflecting on page ) but the thing is the other values of picklist is showing description but for new one its not so my question is where should i add description  and how can i make i appear  here am attaching screenshot for clear picture

When editing data on a pair of picklist fields (controlling field with the companion dependent field that already had values present) the platform will allow you to save the new values on a lightning record page but the previous values are still visible after the user saves the record. It is only when the page is manually refreshed that the new saved values become visible. 

This is not a good user experience as the user may assume (with good reason) that their changes were not made when they actually were. Is there a way to auto-refresh a record after changes to fields are made and saved to ensure the data in the fields a user sees is an accurate representation of the updated record?

How can I write a formula that makes calculate base on the user select?

For example: the user choose 2, the formula need to calculate the value*25%

I mean 2*25%

Can we create a Multi Select Picklist Account field that would look into all contacts in the specified Account?

I don't think this is possible but need to confirm.

hi i am trying to display particular fields when pick list value is selected.

Hi - so we have three identical picklist fields with individual picklist values so any time a change is made it needs to be done 3x. I've promoted one list to global so now that leaves 2x. Is there anyway to replace the picklist values on these two remaining fields with the global set or do I have to recreate the field? Please and Thank you.  

Is there any way we can have some of the users add a new value to an existing picklist drop down menu field at run time (For example, while creating a new account) if the value isn't already there in the list?
