Salesforce Flow is already powerful enough to handle many business requirements without writing code.
My question is, can we build a complete Agentforce solution using only Flows and standard configurations?
In which situations do we really need Apex, custom actions, or Agent Script?
Would love to know the practical limitations of using only Flows in real projects.

I think Flows can handle many Agentforce use cases, but more complex logic or custom integrations may still require Apex or custom actions. It probably depends on how much flexibility the project needs.
