I am getting an error when I attempt to change the effective start date and time and save.
"Ensure that the lookup table in the ListPrice step is valid and try again."

Products would never show up in the search unless I first went to products tab / All list, and then opened them.
Didn't seem like I could ever get Pricebook V2 decision table to refresh and so nothing ever showed up in my product catalogs. Luckily the verification doesn't actually check so was able to complete the badge.
