When I create a new agent and get to the "Give Your Agent Context" screen, I am unable to upload the given doc successfully. The upload window shows Failed, and the agent box to the right never stops processing "In Progress". I've tried refreshing the screen, replacing the file download, deleting the agent and beginning again, and also fully logging out, relaunching, deleting and beginning the agent again. I don't know what else to try.

If the issue persists, please try using a new Playground.
