For some reason I am not seeing the Case Type option. There's no choice of Case Type in the fields. Am I missing something?
- Account ID equal to the ID from the variable you created
- Asset ID equal to the Asset ID from the prior Get Records element
- Case Type equal to Equipment Malfunction

Just to share the answer, the sample org did not include everything needed. I had to relauch it and then it worked.
