I have a dashboard where users can adjust their "viewing as" to see data for their direct reports (all reports filter to see MY XYZ). I have one user that is unable to see the "change" option at all in the upper left of their dash. Any ideas about the cause?

Hi @Courtney Smith,
I’d first check the “View My Team’s Dashboards” permission. Without it, the Change option for “Viewing As” may not be available. Also verify that the dashboard is configured to Let dashboard viewers choose whom they view the dashboard as .
