I recently completed my first attempt at the exam; however, the completed status and exam history are currently not displaying under my Trailhead Academy portal account profile. Because the prior attempt is not registered in the portal view, the system is not presenting the option to register for a retake.

Hi, wait for few hours. Try clearing browser cache, log out and login back. I hope the steps work.
