I have an end user who has an Account Engagement account. This account is now getting moved to Recycle Bin. I have checked the Salesforce account is showing as active. The profile is one of our main profiles and I am also in that profile and I have access to Account Engagement. This is the document I followed to help troubleshoot my issue:
