NextEd Consluting is hiring for Business Analyst / Product Owner with deep experience in credit union/Banking operations, small business banking, and technology‑driven product delivery. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique regulatory, operational, and member‑service expectations of U.S. credit unions and can translate them into scalable digital products, process improvements, and business solutions. 

Work closely with lending teams, digital banking, core systems, compliance, and member experience groups to build and enhance products that support small business members, including lending, treasury services, onboarding, and relationship management.
