New Resource: Find the Right Agentforce Implementation Partner

Every Agentforce journey starts with unique obstacles — data that was never structured for agent-ready use, AI governance gaps that can stall deployment before it starts, or the lack of a strong feedback loop to optimize agent performance after launch.

A standard implementation approach doesn't close those gaps. It takes a partner with expertise that directly connects to your vertical, your tech stack, and the business outcomes you're on the hook to deliver.

That's why we launched the Salesforce Consulting Partner page — a single destination to help you move from Agentforce interest to Agentforce impact. It includes,

  • Real-world proof — Success stories from organizations like OpenTable, PepsiCo, and Pandora that have deployed Agentforce at scale.
  • Practical guidance — Best practices and deployment tips drawn from real Agentforce implementations, tailored to where you are in your journey — not one-size-fits-all frameworks.
  • An easy way to find the right partner — A searchable network of partners filterable by product expertise, industry, location, and partner type via the Partner Finder on AppExchange — or browse the FDE Partner Network for elite, production-grade engineering support to scale their Agentic Enterprise.

Explore the Consulting Partner page and find the expertise you need to drive Agentforce success. If you need additional guidance, reach out to your Account Executive — they can help connect you with the right partner.

Have you worked with a Consulting Partner on your Agentforce implementation? We'd love to hear from you — share your tips, lessons learned, and best practices in the comments below.

Several points to be made to the original and to Robert's response:

    1. yes, definitely define use cases vs saying "We should have Agentforce"

    2. Getting Agentforce to fire up wasn't the hard part for us and my perception is that it's getting easier at each release, getting the connections robust and well-managed was the challenge, getting good data was a component for sure but overblown in my opinion. Choose your partner depending on all of these factors and how they balance out for you

    3. add 50% buffer to your project timeline

    4. new Analytics that just came out for Agentforce are the solve for the metrics component, I would consider this a non-issue at this time
