my cc service agent doesnt working. if i click verify it show there is no CC service agent but when i check it in Agentforce there is CC service agent is shows but when i click it doesnt show any name, API of it and if i try to delete it and refresh the page it reappear and i could able to create new CC service agent because of this

hey @PRASANNA P I had the same problem before. Usually it happens when the CC service agent was created but not fully activated or saved properly. What worked for me was to delete the stuck agent, then log out and log back into the org. After that, I created a new CC service agent, made sure to save and activate it, and it showed up correctly when verifying. The key is refreshing the session after removing the old one.
