Agentblazer been a really cool journey so far. I have advanced to the Level 3 "Legend" trail and am running into a few hitches with getting new sandboxes set up correctly (when requested from the Level 3 trail) to do the required Agentforce activities - Einstein setup isn't available. :-)
I'm not sure how it's practical to be required to revisit old badge challenges to request a new sandbox that has the correct Einstein configs.
Have a case open, but is anyone else running into this dilemma and/or more importantly resolved it (without SF support)? Thanks in advance
Yes—Einstein/Agentforce-enabled Trailhead Playgrounds are currently only guaranteed when provisioned through the specific Superbadge or module
that requires them. The Level 3 “Legend” trail sometimes spins up standard orgs without the needed Einstein permissions, which is why features like Agentforce setup may be missing.
The most reliable workaround (until Salesforce support fixes the provisioning issue) is to create a new Playground from any previous Einstein-related module or Superbadge, then manually connect that Playground to your current challenge. This avoids having to redo the badge steps and gives you the org with the correct Einstein configuration.
Several users have reported the same issue, so it’s not just you, and this workaround has been the most effective without needing Salesforce Support.
