In one of my dashboard i have excel download icon placed. whenever i click on that excel download icon error pops up.

Hi, could you add a workbook or screenshots of the mark shelf, rows shelf and columns shelf? I guess you have a pill in the detail box in the mark shelf but I want to confirm.
