We have prod, DR and QA instances setup. As far as I know there's no automatic way of switching to DR in case Prod is down. Please guide how does the manual switch happen in the Tableau Server?
The prod and DR are hosted in EC2 on aws.

@Tariq Aziz I assume you have an active DNS record which points to your production Tableau Instance? If that is the case build you test / DR server to mirror your production instance then you all need to do in the event of of an outage is point the DNS record to your test instance. Downtime would be around a couple of minutes.
We used to do this whenever we completed any upgrades on the servers before we migrated to cloud.
