I would like to know, how I can best plot the numbers above.
Year should be plotted and then with 3 numbers for each year. The problem is, the numbers per category (A, B C) they range a huge amount. This makes it difficult to plot.
Any ideas to make a nice graph? (line chart, area chart, ..)

Well, you can have at most 2 axes, so if your numbers are A: trips taken, B: miles traveled and C: percentage in business class, then it's not valid to plot them all on the same chart in the first place. Putting things on the same chart is usually because you want to compare or relate them in some way. Sometimes the best chart is two charts, or a table. Or perhaps the percentage change of each compared to the previous year is a valid measure, and would put them on the same scale. Without any context, it's impossible to say what the best chart type is.
