Can anyone confirm that I can implement the Tableau Server Management Add On in Linux, I'm looking to migrate contents from one server (Linux) to another server (Linux).

Yes, but the Content Migration Tool MUST be run on Windows (Server or Desktop, doesn't matter). The Source and Target servers can both be Linux.
