Hello Trailblazers,

I am preparing an Agentforce Solution Design for a client and would like guidance from experienced architects and consultants on how to approach the design comprehensively.

The use case may involve Employee Agent,  Coworker Agent, and Out-of-the-Box Salesforce Agents

, Flex Prompt Template and I want to ensure I am covering all important aspects from business requirements through implementation, licenses, Flex Credit model, governance, and deployment.

Any sample templates, reference designs, or lessons learned from real implementations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your guidance! ๐Ÿš€

Hi @Jiyaulla Khan Ejaj Khan Pathan

For an end-to-end Agentforce solution, I would approach the design in these key layers:

     1. Business requirements & use cases โ†’ 2. Agent/persona & topics โ†’ 3. Actions, Flows, Apex and integrations โ†’ 4. Data/security โ†’ 5. Prompt/Flex Prompt Templates โ†’ 6. Licensing & Flex Credits โ†’ 7. Guardrails/governance โ†’ 8. Testing & monitoring โ†’ 9. Deployment.

For Employee, Coworker, and standard Salesforce Agents, document the purpose, users, access, topics, actions, escalation path, and data sources for each agent separately.

A simple architecture diagram + use-case/decision matrix covering these areas usually makes the solution much easier to design and present end-to-end.

    Hope This Helps!!
