i was creating cc service agent but i accidentaly created another one and completed my task but i could not complete my challange because i already commit the previous version. so i says to rename the another cc agent but i can't do that and also not rename it

Two separate things here — deleting the extra agent, and renaming — and both have specific fixes:
To delete the accidental duplicate agent:
1. Go to Agentforce Studio (App Launcher → Agentforce Studio) → Agents
2. Find the extra/wrong agent in the All Agents list
3. If it shows as Active, you must deactivate it first — active agents or agent versions can't be deleted directly. Open the agent, go to its Settings/Activate toggle and deactivate it.
4. Once deactivated, open the dropdown next to that agent's row (or inside Agentforce Builder, next to Activate/Commit Version) and select Delete Agent (or Delete Version, if you only want to remove one version). If there's only one version, deleting it removes the whole agent.
To rename the agent (why you couldn't do it directly):
This is expected — once a version is committed, it becomes immutable, including the name. You can't edit a committed version directly. The fix:
1. Open the agent in Agentforce Builder
2. Create a new draft version (there should be an option like "New Version" or it auto-creates a draft when you start editing)
3. In that draft, go to Settings → edit the Agent Name/Description there
4. Commit/Activate that draft version once the name is correct
So the practical order for your situation: deactivate + delete the accidental extra agent first, then go back to your actual completed agent, create a draft off the committed version, fix the name in the draft, and commit that draft version. Re-run Check Challenge after that.
