We have created a campaign, landing page, form, flow in the marketing cloud next but it's not working, the test lead is not coming through

Iโd check the Flow first. A form submission by itself doesnโt necessarily mean a Lead gets created, the Flow still needs the right create-record action and field mapping. Also check the Flow run history after a test submission, that should tell you pretty quickly where it stops.
