Hi, I’m unable to create a support case for my Agentforce certification reinstatement. My certification expired, but I’ve completed the required maintenance/exam. I’m using a personal account and the Help portal redirects me to Trailhead with no option to submit a case. Can a moderator please assist or escalate my request? I have a screenshot available if needed.

Thanks for the link! It actually redirected me straight to the Salesforce Help homepage, as they seem to have updated the routing.
However I was able to successfully raise the support case directly through the Agentforce AI assistant on case page. Thanks for the prompt reply!
