Trailhead challenge fails because WITH SECURITY_ENFORCED is removed in API 67.0

I'm completing the project "Salesforce Development with Visual Studio Code" (Use Visual Studio Code for Salesforce Development).

The challenge requires WITH SECURITY_ENFORCED, but my Trailhead Playground is on API version 67.0 where WITH SECURITY_ENFORCED no longer compiles and Salesforce requires WITH USER_MODE instead.

As a result, I cannot produce code that both compiles and satisfies the challenge verifier. Please update the challenge or provide a workaround.
