I have a question. I’m not a Marketing expert, and I’m wondering what options exist for Marketing to know which products a Lead is interested in. I’ve seen that there is a field called ProductInterest, which is a picklist, but if a Lead is interested in 100 products (assuming that’s possible), it would be cumbersome to have to enter 100 picklist values there.

I tried looking into this with Agentforce, and the only suggestion I got was to create a custom object for Lead Line Items that captures the products the Lead is interested in. But moving those Line Items to Opportunity Line Items sounds unfamiliar to me.

Is there any standard way to track products on a Lead (not using Automotive Cloud)? If there isn’t a standard way, how does Marketing usually work with campaigns—how do they know which Leads to target or reinforce campaigns for, assuming you don’t have a portal or Community? I would appreciate any insights.    @Salesforce Administrators & Developers, @Salesforce Administrators and Developers

Hi @Lena Wong, while it isn't possible with SFMCE, you can identify multiple product or services of interest with the Appexchange solution SalesWings. It integrates natively with SFMCE and SFDC and allows you to identify diverse interests, use it for behavioral marketing, report to sales in CRM along additional purpose-built use cases.
