Morning! I recently attended the amazing Dreamforce 2 U - Chicago event hosted by @Joy Rener, @Ali Mithavayani

and others. What a fantastic day it was!

As an NPSP user, one of my take-aways was that there were a couple Agents that rolled out to NPC customers, but not to NPSP customers. Although these Agents were not rolled out to NPSP customers, the message was that they could be built in NPSP. I believe these two Agents were along the lines of a 1) Prospect Research Agent and 2) Participant Management Agent.

By chance, does anyone have the steps or a direction for replicating these NPC Agents in NPSP? Thanks!

You can definitely mimic that functionality in NPSP, but it’s not out‑of‑the‑box. Prospect Research could be built with custom objects/fields plus a Flow to pull in and update donor intel. Participant Management is usually done with Campaigns + Campaign Member records, maybe enhanced with a custom Lightning App or screen flow. I’d start by mapping what the NPC agent does, then build the automation in Flow or Apex to match.
