I set up topic Pre-Arrival Guest Experience and related actions, but get feedback that The custom topic Pre-Arrival Guest Experience is not detected. Ensure the topic meets the requirements outlined in the instructions.
I checked several times that I set up everything correctly, but am still stuck. Can anyone advise?

Hi @Witta Hanf - The error usually happens because of small mismatches. To fix:
- Recreate the topic with exact label: Pre-Arrival Guest Experience and API Name: Pre_Arrival_Guest_Experience.
- Add only the required actions with the exact labels from the unit (like Get Reservation Details and Create Check-in Guest Event).
- Attach the topic to the correct agent, remove extra topics, then Publish.
- Watch out for typos, extra spaces, wrong API names, or duplicate topics.
