Hi, I am working on the customize a salesforce object task where i am at the last task of creating validation rules

I have tried every possible technique to solve this task and have even solved around 4-5 errors shown while verifying the challenge and have double-checked alot of parameters on trailhead and still it shows the error given in the picture below. 

Kindly solve my query as fast as possible.
