Hello! How do you report on your KPIs? What tools do you use? We use dashboards in Salesforce to report on actuals and we have income targets within Salesforce. But we don't store targets for other KPIs in Salesforce. For example, we want to track the number of new regular givers every month/ quarter. But we also need to have the target next to the actual. We're resorting to Excel for some of this so we have the target and actual for each month and each KPI so we can track how well we're doing. I would love to know how you're reporting on KPIs - are you using any particular tool or do you have a custom solution within Salesforce? We use NPSP but don't have data cloud or Tableau or anything fancy.

Thanks for the tip @Elizabeth Snow, I'm going to take a look at this. I was aware of Xappex Office/Sheets connector, had no idea they had released a Looker Studio connector!
