Deploying source to Org is failing

Question

Trying to follow the guide however at the last step while deploying the source to org is failing with the following log:

12:05:31.868 Starting SFDX: Deploy This Source to Org

=== Deploy Errors

PROJECT PATH ERRORS

──────────── ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

Cannot find Lightning Component Bundle VSCodeQuickstart.

12:05:33.400 ended SFDX: Deploy This Source to Org

Any help is appreciated.

Tried creating a new playground and authorising the org again, didn't work

Can you change the project name as mentioned in this scenario and see if it helps-

Changed one of the folder name in the project directory from lwc to anything else, it worked.
