I changed my Salesforce My Domain name while learning the topic , but I didnโt update my login URL. Now, when I try to log in, I get the following error:
๐ด Error: This site canโt be reached โ DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
I am unable to access my org. Could you please help me with the following questions?
- How can I recover access to my Salesforce org after changing the My Domain name?
- Is there a way to reset or revert to the previous domain?
- Can I access my org using a direct Salesforce login URL instead?
- Is there a way for Salesforce Support to update my domain settings so I can log in again?
- How long does it take for a new My Domain to be fully active?

@Nitin Joshi You can login using login.salesforce.com if Prevent login from https://login.salesforce.com is disabled in your org policy settings
