While registering for special edition org for flow superbadge, getting error mail "Registration Error: Failed Signup"

The “Registration Error: Failed Signup” message can occur if there is an issue with the signup details or the browser/session. 

Please try signing up again using an incognito/private browser window, preferably with a different browser. Also make sure you're using a valid email address that hasn't already been used to register another Salesforce org, and double-check that all required signup information is entered correctly. 

If the signup still fails, please share a screenshot of the error and the steps you're following (without posting any personal information). That would help narrow down the issue. 

If everything looks correct and the registration continues to fail, you can create a case with Salesforce Support for further investigation.
