I'm currently on Challenge #2 (Build an AI-Generated Summary of Related Records) of the Prompt Builder Template Super Badge. I've successfully completed the main components required:
- Created a custom rich text field on the Contact page to hold an AI-generated summary of all related Fitness records for a client. The custom field is properly named Interest Summary.
- Created a Field Generation Prompt Template titled Summarize Client Goals with the text provided in the challenge.
- Added the ability to call this prompt template directly within the Contact page within the custom Interest Summary Field of the Contact page.
When I go to check the Challenge, however I'm getting the error: "Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: Make sure you replaced the placeholder text [all Fitness records related to the contact] with a Resource that references the Fitness Interest related list for a client."
Within my Prompt template, to replace the [Related list of all Fitness records] bracketed text, I used {!$RelatedList:Contact.Fitness.Records} to replace both instances of the bracketed text from the Challenge. Again, the prompt itself is working, the summary populates successfully in the "Interest Summary" field on the Contact Page, but I'm still getting this error message. I've also tried all the "restart," "refresh," "resave," etc. etc. tips and still not getting the green check mark.
Any thoughts on what's wrong here?
I just got the solution for the same problem I was facing. In the resource picker, under Contact, scroll all the way down and you will find the related list you need to use. It looks like this "{!$RelatedList:Contact.Fitness__r.Records}"
I hope you can move forward after this hurdle!
