I was using Conga Composer to generate a document in Word format that will be attached to the Account record. This is working as expected.
In the document, I have a table with a column that contains amount values represented like this: $120. At the end of the column, I am using the formula "{=SUM(Above)}" to sum the above values. This works as expected when we generate the document in Word and PDF, download it to the local system, and preview it. However, when we save it to the account and preview it from there, it shows an incorrect total value, displaying random values as mentioned in the screenshot. When we download the same document and previewed in local system it is showing data as expected.Has anyone faced similar issues? Any ideas on how to overcome this?
@Xander van Luijk Actually, it is showing the correct value when we download it. It is the Word document preview issue.
