Suddenly, around 7k duplicated contacts were created on my org, most of them made by 3 users. Many of the contact names are Flow Chart and the email address is from another user. Some contacts are duplicated but the record type is different.
I thought it happened because of Einstine Activity capture which I enabled 3 days ago. There was a workflow rule that creates contacts automatically which could be the reason as well. So I have disabled both of them.
But I am still not sure why it happened. I have to turn on the flow and Eintine activity capture soon but I am scared it will duplicate the contacts again.
Can anyone help me with this please
