Does anyone know how to change a Salesforce User to a "Chatter Free" User? Understand there was a piece 9 years ago (Capacity to change Existing User Licence to Chatter Free | IdeaExchange (salesforce.com)) but just wondering whether there has been any update.
Even if I create a new user record, the user would still asks me to transfer the files, history activities that the deactivated user has. Don't know how to.
