recently i'm trying to use EAC in my sandbox using my office email (which using an office 365 account).
i believe, i already following the steps in salesforce documentation about setup the EAC, but the email is not sync in my contact record.
am i missing something?

so in other way, i need to implemented it on prod to know if it really working or not?
just in case if it still not working, do you have any suggestion?
