I need your help! I am trying to get chatter to be used on the Lead object. I have it dropped into this lightning record page. When I change the type to global, it works fine but posts to "my followers" instead of the record obviously. BUT when type is set to record, it doesn't show up at all on the lightning record page. Only the feed feature is visible, not the publisher feature. What could I be missing?
Any help you have will be appreciated!!!

I figured out the answer. In the Object Manager page layout, I had not included "question, poll, post" in the lightning and mobile actions options. I just dragged and dropped those and all was well! thanks everyone!
