Using Steelbrick CPQ and having issues with closed won opportunities not creating a TaskRay project.
I duplicated another process automation > flow and updated the flow builder and chose the same template being used by other flows this one is not working. I ran the debug and I am getting a box saying "Not Triggered". Haven't been able to find research or knowledge on what. Any suggestions on what I may be missing or may not have updated?

Hi Heather, what are your trigger conditions set to? Is the logic of the flow set to trigger when an opportunity is closed-won?
The other possible issue could be the TaskRay integration itself. Have you double-checked that the permissions are set for the process to create taskray projects?
