We are currently trying to add our leadership team to Salesforce as users; however, we want to limit how much they can do or see. We got their profile set up but realized that they couldn't view any Notes and/or Attachments for our inventory. From what I Googled, you have to have Chatter enabled to view those. However, we do not want them to have access to Chatter.
So, since they HAVE to have Chatter to view attachments/notes, how do I set up their profiles correctly to ensure that they have the access to notes/attachments but that Chatter is ENTIRELY hidden from them.

Not exactly the solution I'm looking for, especially since that solution caused the Activity History to be completely hidden as well, alongside Chatter.
