it shows some error "There was an unexpected error in your org which is preventing this assessment check from completing: System.DmlException: Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: REQUIRED_FIELD_MISSING, Required fields are missing: [Discount_Percent__c]: [Discount_Percent__c]". I have checked all fields and datas but noting found. please help me out of it.

Hi @Devanand Singh,
As of now Discount_Percent__c is a required field which is why you are getting this error. follow the below steps:
Setup-->Object Manager --> Choose (Opportunity)-->Fields-->Edit (Discount_Percent__c]) and uncheck required
