Please HELP!!

I PASSED Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I - Multiple Choice on 28 January 2024. Also I have EARNED the required Super badge on my trailhead account (Lightning Web Components Specialist on Dec 25, 2023).

I have still not received the credential PDF and the logo. Please help. It’s already been 3 days.
