Visualforce header/sidebar not shown if lightning is enabled in org

If Lightning is enabled for the org but user is viewing in classic mode, custom visualforce pages aren't showing header or sidebar. (Winter 16)

Is anyone else having this issue?

Adding standardStylesheets="true" solved the problem
