If I update already published B2C Commerce Cloud Cartridge to support legacy Site Genesis and it uses a lot of the preexisting code, will it need to be re-reviewed for it to be published on AppExchange?

As far as I know, SF have removed the review process so there is no review from SF. However, it is not advised to change much in published cartridge but use extend method so we are adding our logic without impacting base features.
