Hi, some emails have been added from users outlook using Einstein Activity Capture that are not to their own email address, but to a shared email list (info@xxxx).
My issue is that, even though I have org wide settings on sharing content with Einstein, emails to this address are still not shared, as Einstein activity capture does not allow it.
I even created a user account but I can't link to the email address as there is no Office365 account that I can link to.
I have no idea how to proceed and I would appreciate any help.
