Hi everyone! I wanted to know how can I implement Lead Scoaring on Marketing Cloud, I read about how to do it on Sales but no on Mkt Cloud. Any thoughts?

You are not very clear on how you define lead scoring. A lead can be scored based on different criteria (email engagement, webinar attendance, web visits, etc). Let's however assume and focus on web visits. Most importantly, there is no built in feature to enable you to perform lead scoring on SFMC. You are basically left with two options. Either purchase a 3rd party tool, like SalesWings or build something what components you have available in SFMC.
You should take a look at Einstein Web Recommendations, as a feasible way of collect web behaviour on your website, store it in data extensions, and derive visitor profiles/lead scores by applying SQL queries to the collected data, like described in this guide here.
