As I am testing emails built primarily with reference content, I have noticed that the reference content does not appear when I preview the email or send test emails. Am I missing something? Is this a bug? Having trouble finding any solutions online.
I've attached some examples below (one of a test email and one of an email preview within SFMC)

It appears that you have attached a preview screen, but %%emailaddr%% is still being displayed, which suggests that you haven't selected a test subscriber. Even if you select a test subscriber, please verify if the content is not being displayed.
