Sean Forbes contact ID issue in Automate your business

Hi, 

I am not able to complete the final activity of the Automate your business process module, as I added Sean Forbes manny times already in new case billing, but still give me the same issue: is not accepting or recognizing this contact name, therefore I can't complete such module.

Any help/ inputs on this topic?
