Hi! Yes, you can reschedule without loosing your free Salesforce voucher. Things to be careful is:

1) You can reschedule your exam without late fee if it is done more than 24 hours before the start of the exam. If within 24 hours, then late fee will be applied.

2.Make sure the Coupon Code does not expire. If you reschedule and the Voucher's Code expires, then you will have to pay for the exam.
