As I'm going through training to "Prepare Your Salesforce Org for Users / Customize the Home Page", I can't get past this screen as the loader just continues to load nothing.

I'm prompted to take these steps below but can't get past Step 3 (as you'll see in the screenshot the loader just continues to load but never prompts the next button or other content. 

1. From Setup, enter Lightning App in the Quick Find box and select Lightning App Builder.
2. Click New.
3. Select Home Page, then Next
